These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Kwazi Sports Group Ltd ("Kwazi", "we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in England and Wales. By accessing our website, booking a call, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Kwazi provides athlete marketing services to sports and activewear brands, including the sourcing, qualification, outreach, management, and performance tracking of athlete partnerships. The specific scope of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement or statement of work between Kwazi and the client. These Terms apply alongside any such agreement.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the services in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks.
• Misrepresent your identity or your authority to act on behalf of a brand.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials made available through our website and services remain the property of Kwazi or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you. Content created by athletes as part of a campaign is governed by the relevant campaign agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kwazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising out of or in connection with your use of the services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you breach these Terms or any related agreement. Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms of the applicable statement of work. Provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any such dispute or claim.
